CALL4 is a website that supports “public interest lawsuits,” legal cases that try to fix problems in society. CALL4 is holding an event called “CALL4 Fes” on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6, at SHIBAURA HOUSE in Minato City, Tokyo.
Maki Takenaka and Yume Nomura, from me and you, will speak at a talk titled “Standing Against Discrimination in Our World, Through Books, Film, Music, and Public Interest Lawsuits.” They will talk together with two people from CALL4, Orie Maruyama and Kaoru Seki.
